Fifth Rabbit Studios, LLC retains 100% exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and unrestricted rights to all content displayed or sold on this Site.
3.2 No Transfer of Rights Upon Purchase
Purchasing artwork, prints, digital files, or any product from Fifth Rabbit Studios, LLC does NOT grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights.
You are purchasing a physical object or limited personal-use license only, not the rights to the image or artwork itself.
3.3 Strict Prohibition on Use
Without prior written consent from Fifth Rabbit Studios, LLC, you may NOT:
Reproduce the artwork
Distribute or resell images
Modify or create derivative works
Use artwork for commercial purposes
Use artwork for branding, marketing, or advertising
Use artwork in editorial or media publications
Mint, tokenize, or use artwork in NFTs or blockchain-related projects
Upload or use artwork in AI training datasets or generative tools
3.4 No Commercial, Creative, or Editorial Rights
Under no circumstances does a purchase grant commercial, creative, licensing, or editorial usage rights.
Any such rights must be granted only through a separate, written licensing agreement signed by Fifth Rabbit Studios, LLC.
4. Limited Personal Use License
When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
Personal use includes:
Displaying physical artwork in your home or private space
Personal use does not include any public, commercial, or digital reproduction.
5. Services
Fifth Rabbit Studios, LLC may offer creative services including but not limited to:
Commissioned artwork
Photography services
Design services
All services are governed by separate agreements or contracts, which will override these Terms where applicable.
6. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Payments must be completed before orders are processed
Custom or commissioned work may require deposits or full upfront payment
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery
8. Returns and Refunds (ALL SALES FINAL)
Fifth Rabbit Studios, LLC does not accept returns.

10.3 Enforcement Actions

Contact hosting providers, platforms, and payment processors
Pursue legal action in state or federal court
Publicly document infringement where legally permissible
Failure to respond to a notice may result in escalation without further warning.
